DosePaw ("we", "our", or "us") operates the DosePaw iOS application (the "App"). This page explains how we handle your data.
Data Collection
DosePaw does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data. All information you enter into the App — including pet names, medication schedules, dose history, and vet contact details — is stored exclusively on your iPhone using Apple's built-in persistent storage (SwiftData / Core Data).
No Account Required
DosePaw does not require account creation, email registration, or any form of sign-up. There is no server to authenticate against, no password to forget, and no profile to maintain.
No Analytics or Tracking
The App contains no analytics SDKs, crash reporting tools, third-party tracking, or telemetry of any kind. We do not collect usage metrics, diagnostics, or behavioral data. DosePaw does not include any advertising SDKs.
No Cloud Storage
Your data never leaves your device. DosePaw does not sync to any cloud service, iCloud, or remote server. The App offers manual backup and restore only — and those backups are files you control.
Local Notifications
Reminder notifications are scheduled locally on your device using Apple's UserNotifications framework. No server is involved in generating, delivering, or logging notifications.
In-App Purchases
If you choose to unlock the lifetime version, payment is processed through Apple's StoreKit. We never see or store your payment information. Apple handles all transaction data in accordance with their own privacy policy.
Third-Party Services
The App does not integrate any third-party services, SDKs, APIs, or external content. The only network request the App makes is to Apple's servers for in-app purchase validation (if you choose to purchase).
Children's Privacy
DosePaw does not knowingly collect any data from children. Because no data is collected at all, no special data handling for children is required.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
