These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the DosePaw iOS application (the "App"). By downloading and using the App, you agree to these Terms.
License
DosePaw grants you a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App on your iPhone for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not modify, reverse-engineer, distribute, or sublicense the App.
Pricing and Purchases
The App is available as a free download with a 7-day free trial of all features. After the trial period, the App becomes read-only unless you purchase a lifetime unlock via an in-app purchase. The lifetime unlock is a one-time payment processed through Apple's StoreKit. All pricing is displayed in the App and on the App Store listing.
All purchases are handled by Apple. Refunds are subject to Apple's standard refund policy.
Free Trial
The 7-day free trial begins when you first open the App after download. No payment is required to start the trial. At the end of the trial period, the App will become read-only unless you choose to purchase the lifetime unlock. Your data is never deleted or held hostage — it remains on your device regardless of trial status.
Data Storage and Privacy
All data you enter into the App is stored locally on your device. DosePaw does not collect, transmit, or store your data on any server. Your privacy is further described in our Privacy Policy.
No Medical Advice
DosePaw is a medication tracking and reminder tool. It does not provide veterinary advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations. Always consult your veterinarian before administering medications, changing dosages, or making treatment decisions. DosePaw is not a substitute for professional veterinary care.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that all dose reminders will be delivered under all circumstances (e.g., device off, Do Not Disturb mode, notification settings).
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DosePaw shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to missed doses, incorrect scheduling, or reliance on the App for medical decisions.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
